Pre-Rally Cap & Rally Cap

Start of season 2023

7 year olds start Monday May 29th
6 year olds start Tuesday May 30th
4/5 year olds start Saturday June 3rd

Schedule

The 4-5 Year old group (Pre-Rally Cap) DOB 2018-2019, will practice Saturday mornings at 10:00 - 11:00 am at Brook Park.
The 6 year old group (Rally Cap) DOB 2017, will practice Tuesdays at Brook 3 and Thursdays at Johnathan Wilson from 6:30-8:00 pm.
The 7 year old group (Rally Cap) DOB 2016, will practice Mondays and Thursdays at Brook 3 from 6:30-8:00 pm

Guidelines

This year we have to follow the rule of parent participation for each child as we did last year for the groups born in 2017, 2018, 2019. We will have a coach to guide the sessions.
For the group born in 2016, players will go on the field with the coaches.
Each child needs their own equipment, i.e. batting helmet, glove, cleats. properly labelled. If your child has his/her own bat, he will use that. If not, we will supply the bats.
No siblings will be allowed on the field, only registered players, to avoid any injuries for insurance purposes.
Uniform distribution - you will be notified once we have a set date. Please note that you must bring a postdated cheque made out to Pierrefonds Baseball dated September 9, 2023 to receive the uniform. Rally Cap players will get a jersey and pants (that you must return at a set date). The baseball cap you keep.
Pictures - you will be notified once a date is set.
Pierrefonds baseball will once again host a « Rally Cap Festival » for all age levels this year on August 12th, 2023. There is no charge for registered players. This is a day filled with fun games vs other associations in the region with a bouncy castle, face painting etc. Lunch, medals and gifts will be given to each player that participates.
Trophy Day - will be help September 9th. Details will follow closer to this date.

We are always looking for coaches (a training session will be held in May). You can make a note on your child’s registration form or let me know.
