Baseball Training Fall 2022

(1) 10 to 16 years old clinic

Facilitator: Chris Haddad (B.A., M.P.E) specializes in athlete development and has been working with Pierrefonds Baseball for 10+ years.

Schedule (7 weeks/session)

Tuesday 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Thursday 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Saturday 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Program

Athletes will have the option of choosing the frequency of their training.

Tuesday and Thursday sessions are designated mostly for pitching and catching, with the possibility of hitting.

Saturday sessions will focus more on defensive and hitting.

• Saturday: Hitting & Fielding

Each session will include baseball strength and conditioning.

Athletes will also be provided a report of their progression.

Dates/Registration Fees

Can’t do all 3 days? This clinic is designed for both the recreational and competitive athlete.

Athletes can choose to participate from 1 to 3 days of the week. The prices for registration are as follows for 10 weeks per session:

Equipment

All athletes are asked to bring their own baseball glove, batting gloves (if required), catcher’s gear (if required),

baseball bat, running shoes, helmet and water bottles.

Athletes will be paired within the same age groups at each class.

There will be a $60.00 administration fee for all cancellations.
