Pierrefonds Baseball Annual AGM
Our annual AGM will be held on October 28th at 7:30 pm.
This year we will have our meeting on Zoom.
You must register no later than October 26th to attend.
We will send you the link the day of the meeting.
This year the positions up for election for officers are;

VP Intercity
Treasurer
Candidates must send their names to

Volunteers are always needed as board members, no matter how little time you can volunteer.

WE NEED YOU!
Join our group of dedicated volunteers for the upcoming season. You will be a valuable part of a 50 year tradition of providing a GREAT baseball experience for Pierrefonds area kids. Pierrefonds Baseball is 100% volunteer operated. It is a big job where YOU can play an essential role!
You can help out during the season on the field as a coach, assistant coach or Team Managers.
Off the field as Special events committee members (trophy day, regional, novice fest etc.).
Help out throughout the year as a member of our Executive Committee.
Every little bit helps.

How to become an umpire
This is a paid position.
To become an umpire you must meet the following criteria:
- Thirteen years and older
- Must have played baseball, or have an excellent knowledge of the game
- Must be bilingual
- Must be patient and be able to take criticism from coaches or fans
- You must attend a weekend course to attain your umpiring level.
This course is given in the Lac St. Louis region in either French or English and paid for by Pierrefonds baseball.
Courses are posted online on Lac St louis Baseball website in the spring.
Please note: All new umpires are required to register for Level 1 course.

Equipment will be supplied by the Pierrefonds Baseball Association. The chest protector and mask must be returned by the end of the season.
Dress Code:
- Grey dress pants
- Dark socks
- Dark shoes or cleats.
After you have taken the course you must be willing and available to work. If not you will be obliged to reimburse Pierrefonds baseball for the cost of the course.
